Scheme composition:
The recommended primer resin is 4850. The 4850 with grafted CPP can form excellent adhesion;

A customer in Uzbekistan who produces car bumpers. The original finished paint made of resin had insufficient adhesion and poor flexibility. After our formula improvement, the primer has strong adhesion, the drying speed of the topcoat is reduced, achieving better leveling, and having both strong flexibility and resistance to bending;

Problem: Poor adhesion, prone to peeling; prone to whitening, cracking; insufficient impact resistance and flexibility;
Solution: Use DS-981, which has excellent arrangement effect on aluminum powder, good whiteness, and strong metallic feel; after coating, it has high hardness and good flexibility; it can be coated with PU and UV topcoat, and the interlayer adhesion is excellent.
