The pH is adjusted to 7.5–8.5 using amine neutralizers, combined with waterborne amino resins to prepare glass baking coatings for wine bottles, perfume bottles, etc.
DS-360 is a water-soluble acrylic resin. When combined with amino resin and dried, the resulting paint film exhibits excellent adhesion, water resistance, and alcohol resistance. It can be used to directly grind and disperse color pastes.
After neutralization with DMEA, it is mixed with water-based amino resin to make solid color paint or varnish for coating various glass products (such as wine bottle paint or perfume bottle paint) or metal parts of various engineering vehicles such as electric tricycles.

The pH value is adjusted to 7.5-8.5 using an amine neutralizing agent, and then combined with water-based amino resin to prepare glass coatings for wine bottles, perfume bottles, etc.
First, mix DS-360 with DMEA evenly, and measure its pH value with pH paper to be between 7.5 and 8. Then add other raw materials in sequence.
When spraying, add 30% deionized water and 2-3% silane coupling agent (such as KH-560).
Spray the above transparent paint onto the glass bottle and bake at 170-180℃ for 15-20 minutes. The paint film can withstand boiling in water for 2 hours and immersion in ethanol for 2 hours without fading.
